The Five Behaviors® Team Development Facilitation Kit is designed to help you lead a group through the Five Behaviors Team Development Profile (sold separately). Five Behaviors is based on the work of author Patrick Lencioni and teaches groups of talented individuals how they can become unstoppable teams. The Facilitation Kit comes with materials such as a User’s Guide, take-away cards, and a USB drive with extra resources so you can confidently lead participants through the profile.

The seven modules cover the following information

• Module 4: Achieving commitment
• Module 5: Embracing accountability
• Module 6: Focusing on results
• Module 7: Review and action plan

About the kit

The Facilitation Kit for the Five Behaviors Team Development program includes materials for seven sessions. Each session should take between one to three-and-a-half hours as you work through the videos and exercises with participants. Follow the scripted facilitation or feel free to add your own.

The Facilitation Kit also includes

• User’s Guide to help you feel confident leading the assessment.
• Videos to spark discussion, including videos with Patrick Lencioni explaining his research.
• 100 take-away cards that learners can bring to the workplace to remind them of what they learned.

Each of the seven modules builds on the information learned in the previous one. By using the Facilitation Kit, you can gain a deeper understanding of the ideas being taught so you can help participants understand the concepts, too.
