The TTI Success Insights 12 Driving Forces®

is an assessment that measures why a person does what they do; it defines and identifies what motivates people. It measures the motivation (and strength) behind behaviors, using 6 different motivators.

Those motivators are Knowledge, Utility, Surroundings, Others, Power, and Methodologies. These 6 motivators are each divided into two distinct ways of measuring each factor. Based on a continuum, these 12 drivers make up a person’s cluster of Driving Forces.

The 12 Driving Forces® Certification will help take your understanding and application of Driving Forces to the next level.

You will build their knowledge of 12 Driving Forces® and gain insight into how to apply this science into the organizations you serve. After passing the exam, you will feel more confident in your knowledge and abilities by securing the TTI Success Insights 12 Driving Forces Certification. 

Course Learning Objectives

• Provide Real-Life Applications: This training will include scenarios on effective communication, conflict resolution, and team building, as well as addressing other developmental opportunities.
  
  
• Teach Best Practices: This training will dive into the application of the individual, comparison, and team 12 Driving Forces ® reports. Your client will better understand the information provided within these reports and obtain debriefing experience while gaining access to insider tips.
  
  
• Build Expertise: This training will increase your client’s understanding of how to interpret 12 Driving Forces ® information and graphs while offering the opportunity to ask questions and explore ways Driving Forces can be utilized within their organization. 
  
  
• Result in Exam Preparation: The training resources will provide your client with the knowledge they need to successfully pass the 12 Driving Forces ® Certification Exam.

Course Overview

12 Driving Forces® Certification does include mandatory pre-work that needs to be completed prior to attending. The instructions and pre-work will be sent four weeks before training begins:

• Complete the 12 Driving Forces ® Learn course (2-3 hours).
• Take the 12 Driving Forces ® assessment (10-15 minutes).
