About the Reference Guide

The Everything DiSC Productive Conflict Reference Guide is geared to help participants and facilitators take what they’ve learned and put it into practice. Each unit includes four flipbooks, covering eighteen conflict behaviors total. Each section helps you think about why you respond to conflict the way you do and whether that response is productive.

The flipbooks include questions that are designed to make participants reflect on situations in a new way, such as: “What’s the worst thing that can happen if I say something, and will things be worse if I don’t?”

The Reference Guide is the perfect tool to keep handy after the Productive Conflict assessment is complete to remind participants of what they learned during the profile.
